Pizza Bread with Octopus


  • 2 tins of octopus in olive oil
  • 1 ciabatta bread
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 300 g. of mozzarella
  • black olives
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • oregano


Open the ciabatta in half, obtaining two large slices. Cover the bread in tomato slices and season with olive oil and a little oregano. Place a layer of mozzarella on top of that, followed by pieces of octopus and some black olives. Sprinkle some more oregano on top. Place it in the oven and cook it at 200ºC for 5 minutes.
