Octopus in Olive Oil 111g
The common octopus (Octopus vulgaris), considered the most intelligent of all invertebrates, is found in tropical waters and in the temperate waters of all of the world’s oceans. Palacio de Oriente prepares it in olive oil, in garlic oil and in a marinade.
From a nutritional point of view, it is remarkable for its very high mineral content, among which we find zinc, a fundamental nutrient when it comes to helping our bodies’ defences. Unlike some other molluscs and crustaceans, octopus is known for its low cholesterol content.
