About the use of our webpage
The conditions of our webpage as are as important for you- our customer as for us- our company, for contractual vinculation. In this way, you declare through your registration and order, that you have read and accepted without reservations our conditions:
You can only use the webpage for Consulting and orders legally valid.
You agree to facilitate all true contact information and give us your consent that we use this information to contact you in case it is necessary. If the information is not correct, the order cannot be processed.
Under no circumstances can you give false personal information or use personal information of other parties
You cannot make a false or fraudulent order against goodwill use. You guarantee by registering an order through our webpage, that you are at least 18 years of age and you have legal capacity to agree contractual obligations.
Sales, Transport and Returns
The orders through our on-line webpage are valid for shipment within the Iberian Peninsula, as for the moment we cannot attend order for Canary Islands, Baleares Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
No orders are shipped through our on-line webpage outside of Spain.
Delivery of our products is done through a transport company with the contact information that appears on the order registration. In case the contact information is not correct, Palacio de Oriente is not responsible.
Under normal conditions, orders processed before 12am will be delivered in a máximum of 72 hours working days from shipment.
Weekends and holidays, orders can be processed but will not be shipped out until the following Work day.
No shipments are delivered in post box offices.
Refunds or exchanges are not accepted.
Prices and special conditions are published at every moment, so these are only valid during the actual webpage session in progress. All of our prices include VAT and Transport fees.
In case of pricing error, we will contact you allowing to continue or cancel the order.
In case of defective merchandise, supplier must proceed, as in each case to replace, repair, discount or resolve the contact, being free of charge to the consumer and user. Supplier will respond to inconformity of goods manifested during the time until consumption date of the product. The consumer or user must inform supplier of the inconformity within one week from being aware of the situation, supporting with justifiable information to the email firstname.lastname@example.org.
