Mussels (Mytilus galloprovincialis) are typically found in the Atlantic, usually clinging to rocks along the coasts of Europe and America. They are often grown in aquaculture and farms thanks to their excellent properties. All of our mussels come from the estuaries of the region of Galicia, the famous Rías Gallegas, and are presented in brine, Galican style, in prawn sauce or free of any sauce or oil.
Mussels are a delicious foodstuff that provides several health benefits, being a rich source of essential vitamins and minerals. They are rich in iodine and vitamin B12, which helps to keep our neurons healthy and fights fatigue.
